Landing Screen: TSE Applications
This is the screen you will see after you have successfully logged in to the remote access system. You will see whatever applications are available to you through remote access. Choose
To launch My Documents or any application available to you, follow these steps -
Open Favorites page
The Favorites page provides a web-based portal for access to applications. The user only sees the applications that they are authorized to use. From the Favorites page on the remote access system, choose the application or folder you want to use by clicking double clicking on it. In this example we are clicking on we will open the My Documents folder.

When you click on My Documents or any application you are presented with on an application a few windows that automatically open. These windows should not be closedwill automatically open and close as the connection is made and the application is launched. You will see these application launch in progress windows whenever launching any application or folder. Please be patientIt may take a few minutes for the process to finish, depending on your internet connection speed and in the case of My Documents, the size of the folder.
My Documents window opens
After the system completes its launch process, you will be presented with the application you clicked. In this example we can see the My Documents window overlayed in front of the remote access favorites pageapplication you selected. You can now click work within your My Documents folder and work on the files. You can create new files, edit existing files or , and delete themfiles. All work is saved within the My Documents folder.
If you were to launch MS Word or Excel, the same process takes place and you will be presented with the Word or Excel application.
