150 Tremont Street is a 426-bed residence hall, owned and operated by Suffolk University. The building consists of ten floors of living space in single, double, triple, or quad rooms. The building also consists of:
- Quiet study spaces for individual or group study
- Social and lounge space on each floor
- A Resource Center, which includes computers, printers, and copy machines
- Recreational space
- An exercise/aerobics room
- Laundry facilities
- A dining facility
