ITS is pleased to announce that as a result of recent enhancements to the information technology infrastructure, we have made the following improvements to the email system:
The Exchange email system now offers each user two (2) gigabytes of storage space for each user’s email. This is an increase of 100%.
The email system now features a tool which will automatically manage the clean-up of your Deleted mail folder. This will prevent large quantities of unwanted (deleted) mail from collecting in this folder and reducing the available storage space in your mailbox.
All mailboxes are now active on the new Storage Area Network (SAN), which is even faster and more robust than the previous system.
