This is a reminder that on June 30, 2012, the university will be archiving and removing all courses in Blackboard prior to Fall 2010. This is consistent with the University records retention policy and it frees up storage space that has been purchased from Blackboard.
If there are materials in courses from this period you intend to reuse, we suggest you save those materials to a folder on your hard drive. Although you can archive courses on your own using the Export/Archive utility found under "Packages and Utilities" in the BB Control Panel, we advise you to contact our office to get help.
