150 Tremont Street is a 426-bed residence hall, owned and operated by Suffolk University. The building is 11 stories in height and contains a basement and sub-basement. The building consists of ten floors of living space in single, double, triple, or quad rooms. The building also consists of:

• Quiet study spaces for individual or group study
• Social and lounge space on each floor
• A Computer Room which includes computers and printers
• Recreational space
• An exercise/aerobics room
• Laundry facilities
• A dining facility
• Two kitchens for use by residents
