This section lists all the known issues for Remote Access and its associated resolutions.

1. Either uninstall and re-install Propalms client 6.0.5.1 OR
2. Use the RDP client changer utility from the Propalms site that will merely Restore the RDP client files to the required version to work with TSE Relay servers SPR and DMZ-SPR.

The zip has a small doc explaining the usage of the RDP changer utility.
We reccomend Option 1for most users. If that does not fic the problem you can follow the directions in Option 2.
