Persistent RedDot/OpenText CMS Issues
While some of the problems that have interrupted service in the CMS have been resolved, others appear to be more persistent and have continued to cause brief outages. We are continuing to work with OpenText to achieve an effective resolution.
Because this is necessarily an incremental process, we may continue to experience some additional interruptions in service as we move forward. Please do not hesitate to email us at webadmin@suffolk.edu if you experience any problems.
