If an emergency (injury, accident, etc.) occurs during a Suffolk University athletic event, the following protocol should be followed:

• The on-site administrator (head coach, trainer, other administrator) will contact the SUPD.
• SUPD will contact the Risk Manager who will contact the Emergency Manager as necessary.
• The on-site administrator will contact the Director of Athletics.
• In addition, the on-site administrator should follow any established protocol at the site for emergencies.
