If an emergency (injury, accident, etc.) occurs during a Suffolk University athletic event off-campus, the following protocol should be followed:
- The on-site administrator (head coach, trainer, other administrator) will contact the SUPD.
- SUPD will contact the Risk Manager who will contact members of the Incident Command Core Team as necessary.
- The on-Site administrator will contact the Director of Athletics.
- In addition, the on-site administrator should follow any established protocol at the site for emergencies.
