The Suffolk University Incident command System Core Team will serve as the coordinator for the EAP and is responsible for its preparation and implementation. The EAP will be reviewed annually and will be updated when necessary. Training and inspections that are part of the plan requirements will be conducted throughout the year. Under the OSHA regulation 29 CFR 1910.38(f), this plan will be reviewed with employees when:
- The plan is developed or the employee is assigned initially to a job
- The employee's responsibilities under the plan change
- The plan is changed
