1. Stay where you are or go into the nearest room with a door
2. Close the doors and lock them if possible
3. Close the windows and blinds or curtains
4. Silence all audio equipment and cell phones 
5. In buildings with centrally controlled HVAC, Facilities will shut off the air supply and return fans to the building if there is a hazardous material release
6. When possible turn off air conditioning/heating unit
7. Wait for the "all-clear" message from authorities
