If occupants are unable to evacuate through the lobby, there are two alternate exits available. One alternate exit is on the north side of the building and is accessible on the first floor by a door to the right of the elevators. This is a delayed egress door that opens after pushing on the crash bar for 15 seconds, and opens into an outside space that will require leads to a security gate to be unlocked to allow that opens and allows occupants to move away from the building. The other alternate exit is on the south side of the building and is accessible on the first floor by a door off of Stair 2.
