PROBLEM: If you are getting a Terminal Services Error when trying to launch applications through Remote Access (see screenshot below), please review this article.
DESCRIPTION: Recent security updates like Win 7 SP1 and KB2483614 for Win7 and Vista upgrade the RDP client to RDP 6.1. This breaks the Propalms Remote Access App launch over TSE Relay servers with an "Internal Client Error.
SOLUTION:
1. Either uninstall and re-install Propalms client 6.0.5.1 OR
2. Use the RDP client changer utility from the Propalms site that will merely Restore the RDP client files to the required version to work with TSE Relay servers SPR and DMZ-SPR.
