Why am I seeing the Course Evaluation link in my Blackboard course so early?
Our office starts the process of adding Course Evaluation Instrument (CEI) links into Blackboard a few weeks prior to the actual date of the CEI. Because this is a manual process and we have a large number of courses to support, it is necessary for us to plan ahead and complete the task. However, the links are all set to ITEM UNAVAILABLE. Your students will not be able to see the link until the day of the Course Evaluation.
