Your computer should meet or exceed the following minimum requirements:

- Internet access (broadband recommended, and required for faculty)
- Soundcard w/ microphone and speakers to transmit or listen to live audio
- Web camera to transmit live video
- Java version 1.6.0_13 or higher

For all users, we strongly recommend that you use a headset (or at least headphones or an echo canceling microphone) rather than speakers when using simultaneous talkers. This will eliminate potential echoing and feedback and improve your audio experience. |
