If you are not in on the day of the upgradeAs long as you have followed and completed the 2013 Windows Upgrade Instructions, OTM staff will power on the computer in your office and complete the Office 2010 Upgrade Stepsdo our part. When you return, your computer will already be upgraded and ready for use.

Will the upgrade disrupt my work?
No. The Office 2010 Windows upgrade requires 15-20 minutes to complete when you start up your office computer on the day of the upgrade. It only upgrades your version of Office from 2007 to 2010. Services such as Email, Blackboard, My Documents or internet access will not be affected.
How different is Office 2010 from the older version?

Yes, Office 2010 files can be opened with Office 2007. If you have Office 2003, XP or 2000 then you will need to download the free Compatibility Pack. This pack is already installed on all SBS computers.
