How do I get a Qualtrics account?
SBS faculty , and staff and students with a Suffolk email address may self-enroll and create an account. You must use your Suffolk email address. Non-Suffolk accounts cannot be used.
Go to https://suffolkbusiness.qualtrics.com and click on the " Please click here to create an account" link. You will be asked to enter a code to continue registration.To obtain the code, please sign in to MySuffolk. Go to My Committees > SBS Faculty Resources > Shared Files > OTM Resources. Look in the PDF file called Qualtrics.
Your account will be immediately available to create and distribute surveys. However, the account is limited in function. If you need to create more surveys than provided by your initial account access or need additional functionality, please contact our office. Once we verify your identity, you will be given unlimited access to creating and distributing

Can my students use Qualtrics?
Yes. SBS faculty who want their students to use Qualtrics will have to provide them with a special student code, so they can self-enroll. To obtain the code, faculty must sign in to MySuffolk. Go to My Committees > SBS Faculty Resources > Shared Files > OTM Resources. Look in the PDF file called Qualtrics.
Students must use their Suffolk email address. Non-Suffolk accounts cannot be used. Once students self-enroll, they will have access to immediately create and distribute surveys.
