ITS is pleased to announce that as a result of recent enhancements to the information technology infrastructure, we have made the following improvements to the email system:
- The Exchange email system now offers each user two (2) gigabytes of storage space for each user’s email. This is an increase of 100%.
- The email system now features a tool which will automatically manage the clean-up of your Deleted mail folder. This will prevent large quantities of unwanted (deleted) mail from collecting in this folder and reducing the available storage space in your mailbox.
- All mailboxes are now active on the new Storage Area Network (SAN), which is even faster and more robust than the previous system.
