Appropriate University officials include Suffolk University Police (SUPD), Resident Assistants (RA'sRA’s), Residence Life and Summer Programs (RLSP) staff, Colleges Student Affairs Staff and the Center for International Education. 

RA's RA’s are required to inform their supervisors.

If it is determined by Suffolk University Police that a student has been missing for more than 24 hours, then, within the next 24 hours, the Student Affairs Office will notify the individual identified by the student as the designated emergency contact and the student's student’s parent or guardian that the student has been reported missing.
