RedDot Access Restored ITS Web Services, in conjunction with OTM, have restored access to all pages residing under the "Faculty" section of the SBS website. This includes all Centers for Excellence and Academic Department pages. Due to the extensive downtime, we have accumulated a large backlog of cases requesting changes in the "Faculty" section. If you have submitted a case relating to page(s) in this section, we would ask that you please be patient while Nick, our Web Manager, works through these over the coming days. Persistent RedDot/OpenText CMS Issues While some of the problems that have interrupted service in the CMS have been resolved, others appear to be more persistent and have continued to cause brief outages. We are continuing to work with OpenText to achieve an effective resolution. Because this is necessarily an incremental process, we may continue to experience some additional interruptions in service as we move forward.
