Info

For SBS faculty:

Effective July 07, 2010 the old version of Blackboard (7.3) is no longer available through MySuffolk.

The "Blackboard" Tab in MySuffolk will take you to the new version of Blackboard (9.0).  Here you will find all Summer I and II 2010 courses.  You will also find all your previous courses starting with Fall 08.

On Friday October 15, between 4am and 7am, Information Technology Services will implement a major upgrade to the back end of the Suffolk University Email servers.

You can continue to access Umail from the logon page of the University Web site, or at http://umail.suffolk.eduImage Added .

The only difference you will notice on Umail is that the logon screen will change from blue to a yellow theme, and it will now say Microsoft Web App, instead of Microsoft Web Access.

    * If you use Microsoft Outlook, you should not need to make any modifications.
    * If you use a BlackBerry phone that was not issued by the University, and you cannot access your email, please follow these simple steps to access your Exchange Email:

Select Setup, then Email Settings. Then follow the prompts to validate or authenticate your account.  When asked, enter your password.

You may continue to access your Web email, or Umail, as you have in the past, with no interruption, from the Suffolk Web site, or from http://umail.suffolk.eduImage Added.

If you cannot access your email or require additional assistance, please contact the Help Desk.  Email the helpdesk@suffolk.edu or call 617-557-2000 (2000 on campus). Walk-in hours are 8:45am to 4:45pm, Monday through Friday, at the Sawyer Building, Room 208Please contact Elaine Garofoli, Instructional Technologist for further information and training.
