There are three stairwells that can be used for building evacuation. Stair 1 serves the parking garage to the 7^th 7th floor, is located on the Tremont Street side of the building, and occupants exit the stairs on the 1^st 1st floor into an exit passage that opens onto Tremont Street. Stair 2 serves the parking garage to the 7^th 7th floor, is located close to the center of the building, and occupants exit the stairs on the 1^st 1st floor into the lobby and out the main entrance. Stair 3 serves floors 1 – 7, is located on the southwest corner of the building, and occupants exit the stairs on the 1^st 1st floor into an exit passage that opens onto Hamilton Place.
